My name is Ella and I am the Assistant Manager/ Compliance Lead at Dental Essence, Sompting.

I like to make sure standards are high and the journey for our patients is pleasant, calming and smooth from entering the practice to leaving feeling assured we are always here for you as I love meeting new people. In my spare time, you will find me going for long walks, catching up with friends and I enjoy reading a good book often by the sea.

I also have always loved animals and have a pet Tortoise currently.
