Dentist Patient Referral
At dentalessence we have built our reputation as a group of practices able to provide our patients with multiple disciplines of dentistry, all under one roof, at a time that’s convenient for them.
We focus on providing the highest standard of care for patients in a calm, friendly and comfortable environment.
Our dentists are now taking referrals from external practices, and have the most specialist equipment, including digital scanners and microscopes, to enable them to care for patients with a bespoke end result in mind. We have also invested in our own in house CBCT scanner which is situated in our Burgess Hill branch allowing us to manage both our in-house patient requirements as well as external referrals.
We are very pleased to announce that our oral and implant surgeons are now providing the following services on a referral basis:
- Implant placement(s)
- Computer guided implant placement
- Sinus lifts
- Hard and soft tissue augmentation (bone grafts, GBR, CTG etc)
- Soft tissue corrections (frenal attachments and periodontal surgery)
- Wisdom teeth extractions
- Intravenous sedation
- CBCT Scans – from our Burgess Hill clinic
Referrals can be made via our online forms.
Our experienced surgeons are also happy to provide a mentoring service for those clinicians wishing to advance their oral surgery skills.

Following the completion of treatment, patients are returned to the referring practice for their on-going care.
