COVID-19 Updated Hours and Contact Details

Dear patients and friends of dentalessence,

You may have caught the news yesterday that dental practices will be permitted to reopen as of Monday 8th June. Whilst this is fantastic news for us all, we are a long way away from ‘business as usual’. There will be restrictions in place, set by Public Health England, as to what exactly we are permitted to do face-to-face, which we are currently waiting for confirmation on.

At present until we have the process clarified by the Department Of Health, we are not booking any routine appointments. Advice from the top has been known to change and so we wouldn’t want to have to cancel your appointment again if that were to be the case.

Please rest assured that we will communicate the next agreed phase with you as soon as it has been confirmed, by website, email and of course social media.
The telephone lines are still in operation for severe emergencies only and we hope to be in touch very soon with a phased plan to safely see you all.

Due to government lockdown, we are now operating an emergency only service – consisting of phone advice (and possible referral to a local dental emergency hub).

Due to this unprecedented situation and to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily consolidate our 5 practices down to 3.

Our Burgess Hill premises will now be closed and patients will be redirected to our Haywards Heath practice.

Our Worthing premises will also now be closed and patients will be directed to our Sompting practice (you may also know this as Ball Tree Dental Care).

Our Weybridge premises will continue to operate, however, only in a limited service as previously mentioned (urgent care and advice only).

Please do not visit any of our practices unless you have been asked to do so for a specific reason.
